Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms of use (‘Terms’) govern access to and use of the Kayzen VPN site.

Article 1 — Purpose and acceptance

The Terms govern the use of the Kayzen VPN information site, published by Tarek BELHADJ, sole proprietor trading under the business name KAYZEN, 6 rue Pierre Termier, 69009 Lyon, SIREN 493 857 262 (the ‘publisher’). Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force.

Article 2 — VPN service

The Kayzen VPN service will be subject to dedicated terms of use, brought to your attention and accepted in the application before any use. These Terms govern the site only.

Article 3 — Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge, without registration. The publisher endeavours to ensure access on a best-efforts basis, without any guarantee of continuous availability; it may suspend the site for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure. Connection and equipment costs remain your responsibility.

Article 4 — Content

The features, limits and commitments presented on the site apply from the opening of the service; those marked ‘Objective’ are planned for later and may change. Once the service is open, the limits of the free tier will only change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Article 5 — Conduct

You undertake not to interfere with the operation of the site (intrusion, mass extraction, denial of service). Vulnerability research is welcome within the framework of the responsible disclosure policy published on this site.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The content of the site and the publisher’s distinctive signs are protected (see the legal notice). A short quotation is permitted with acknowledgement of the source.

Article 7 — Personal data

The site collects no personal data through forms and sets no cookies. See the privacy policy.

Article 8 — Changes to the Terms

The publisher may amend the Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
