Any reproduction without the publisher’s prior authorisation is prohibited (art. L. 122-4 of the CPI), subject to statutory exceptions. The software’s source code will be published under a licence specified in its repository; that licence will not extend to the publisher’s names and logos.

‘WireGuard’ is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. Kayzen VPN is based on the WireGuard® protocol and is neither affiliated with its author nor endorsed by him. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
The publisher endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors. The features described apply from the opening of the service; those marked ‘Objective’ are planned for later. No provision limits the publisher’s liability in the event of gross or intentional misconduct, nor towards a consumer beyond what the French Consumer Code allows.
