Do you think you have found a security vulnerability in Kayzen VPN, its code or this site? Please let us know before any publication.
How to write to us
Write to contact@kayzen-lyon.fr with the subject ‘Security — Kayzen VPN’. Describe the vulnerability, the steps to reproduce it and its impact. Do not include any third party’s personal data.
The ground rules
- Test only on your own accounts and devices; do not access anyone else’s data.
- Do not use denial of service, social engineering or physical attacks.
- Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before any publication.
Our objectives
- Acknowledge your report promptly, in French or in English.
- Keep you informed of the analysis and the fix.
- Credit you publicly, if you wish, once the vulnerability has been fixed.
